I can't play slideshow because there isn't any photo in the library. What can I do?

  • Take photos with iPhone/iPad's Camera app, all the photos taken will go into Photo Library (Camera Roll).
  • Save images from internet browser, e.g. Safari, by hold down on the image you want to save for a while, you will see the "Save Image" button popping up, once you choose "Save Image", the image goes to your Photo Library.
  • Sync your photos from PC/Mac iTunes application. After you connect your device to your PC/iMac with USB cable, in iTunes app, you will see your device listed under "DEVICES" group:
    • Select your device under "DEVICES" group
    • On top right most of the page, select "Photos"
    • Check the checkbox "Sync Photos from"
    • Click on drop down menu right next to the "Sync Photos from" checkbox.
    • Select "Choose folder..." and choose the folder where your photos are stored.
    • Please note carefully on other menu on the top of the page weather you want to Sync them, e.g. Apps, Music Movies.
    • Once you are sure on all options, press "Sync" button on the lower right to start Sync process.
    • Wait a few minutes until the sync process is done.

Why is the screen black and there is no slideshow?

  • The application will ask you to allow using of Location Services. Please press OK to allow, otherwise there will be no images displayed in the program. This is a requirement of Apple API when an app is trying to access your Saved Photos.
  • If you have already Not Allowed the app to use the services, please go to device's Settings ➔ Location Services ➔ (Slideshow3D/Slide3DLite), and switch to ON.

How can I play music during slideshow?

  • Press device's home button twice so that you see the running apps icons.
  • Swipe to the left screen(s) until you see the Music Player controls, and you can play the music from there.
  • Now you come back to the slideshow and you will get your music playing in background.

What can I do to increase framerate?

  • Close all the unused apps.
    • Press device's Home button twice until you see the list of your currently running apps.
    • Hold down on the running app icons until they shake with red circle on the upper left of each of them.
    • Tap on the red circle of the apps you want to close.
  • Restart your iDevice. This will refresh your iPad's memory and might help fixing the problem.
